Harbin Hot Springs, California

Harbin is a nudist new age church, a spa / retreat centre with a supporting community of something between 100 and 250 semi permanent residents. They have no ownership of the place.  They work for Harbin a minimum of 32 hours a week, they're paid minimum wage, in return they get put up but they have to pay rent.

King Street Co-op in Berkely is run by a bunch of my friends friends. They all had experience of co-op living at Loth, one of the Berkely Student Co-ops. Angel investor, rent payers, non profit ownership.
